Cookie Goo:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>\u00bd c milk<\/strong><\/p>\n 24 Chips Ahoy Cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n 16 oz Cool Whip<\/strong><\/p>\n Pour 1\/2 c. of the milk in a shallow bowl.
